Covering an area of ​​about 1300m2, it can produce 5,000 green leafy vegetables such as vegetables every day. The vegetables produced will be directly supplied to the supermarkets and restaurants in Osaka Prefecture. Since the vegetables carry less bacteria and have a short transport distance, the storage time is nearly twice that of open-air cultivated vegetables. Although the price will be higher than ordinary vegetables, it will be commercialized by ensuring quality and establishing a stable supply system.
